November 2, 1972 First Holy Qurbana celebrated at the Pilgrim Church (basement) at 1800 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY.
1973-1975 Church services held at Topping Avenue, Bronx, NY
1974 The Church was incorporated in the State of New York with the constitution of the Malankara Orthodox Church as its by-laws. The church was recognized and accepted as a member of the outside Kerala Diocese. Fr. A.K. Cherian appointed as the Vicar & President by the Diocesan Metropolitan.
1975-1980 Church services held at 1800 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY
May 22, 1979 Church Property purchased in the name of the Catholicos of the East and Malankara Metropolitan who is seated on the Throne of St. Thomas, Devalokam, Kottayam, India
November 4, 1979 Ground Breaking and Foundation Stone Blessing Ceremony at 360 Bedford Park Blvd., Bronx, NY celebrated by: Fr. A.K. Cherian (vicar), Fr. Markose Mylackan, Fr. K. Mathai and Dn. Thomas Schweitzer.
Sept. 12 and 13, 1981 Temporary Dedication and First Holy Qurbana celebrated by: Fr. A.K. Cherian (vicar), Fr. M.T. Kurien, Fr. T.M. Zachariah, Fr. K.K. Kuriakose, Fr. K. Mathai, Fr. K.G. Philipose, Dn. Thomas Schweitzer, Dn. John Mathews, Dn. K.M. Samuel.
November 1, 1986 Church Consecration celebrated by: H.B. Mathews Mar Coorilos H.G. Yuhanon Mar Severios H.G. Thomas Mar Makarios.
September 4, 1994 Feast of St. Mary, Groundbreaking and Foundation Stone Blessing Ceremony for the St. Gregorios Annex Building by His Holiness Moran Mar Baselios Mar Thoma Mathews II- Catholicos of the East & Malankara Metropolitan.
May 27, 1998 Construction of the Annex Building Begins with prayers by Fr. A.K. Cherian
October 9, 1998 His Holiness Moran Mar Baselios Mar Thoma Mathews II blesses the St. Gregorios Annex Building.
November 6, 1999 His Grace Mathews Mar Barnabas, Diocesan Metropolitan consecrates the St. Gregorios Annex Building.
August 2012 Renovation of Sanctuary and Installation of Stained Glass Windows
September 2, 2012 Re-Dedication of the Church (H.G. Zachariah Mar Nicholovos)
September 2-9, 2012   40th Anniversary Celebrations of our Church led by
